5 Core Values
Faith, Family, Finance, Fellowship, and Freedom
Faith in God and the Word of God. Mark 11: 22-24, Hebrews 11:6
Family is the foundation and what God wanted us to establish on Earth. 2 Corinthians 6:18, Matthew 12:48-50, Romans 8:16-17
Finance to be a blessing to your family, community, church and missions. 3John 2, Luke 6:38
Fellowship with friends, family and community. John 15:12-15, Proverbs 27:17, Psalms 133
Freedom from bondage, oppression, debt, and sickness. John 8:31-32, Romans 8:2
Trinity There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These three are coequal and co-eternal (I John 5:7; Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; Luke 1:35; Isaiah 9:6; Hebrews 3:7-11).
Jesus Christ is God the Son, the second person of the Trinity. On earth, Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. He is the only man ever to have lived a sinless life. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind and thus, atoned for our sins through the shedding of His blood. He rose from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again in power and glory. (John 1:1,14, 20:28; I Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; Philippians 2:5-6; I Timothy 2:5).
Jesus Blood The Blood that Jesus Christ shed on the Cross of Calvary was sinless and is 100% sufficient to cleanse mankind of all sin. Jesus allowed Himself to be punished for both our sinfulness and our sins, enabling all those who believe to be free from the penalty of sin, which is death (I John 1:7; Revelation 1:5, 5:9; Colossians 1:20; Romans 3:10-12, 23, 5:9; John 1:29).
The Bible is God's Word to all men. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths. II Timothy 3:16-17, II Peter 1:20-21, Psalm 119:105,160.
Man is made in the image of God as the supreme object of God's creation. God designed man to have fellowship with him, but man became alienated from God through disobedience. We are all born with a sinful nature and choose to sin against God. We're incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through our own efforts. Genesis 1:27, Psalm 8:3-6,
Eternity you were created to exist forever. We believe that forever is spent in one of two places: eternally separated from God because of sin or in union with God because of His forgiveness and salvation. When you die, you will either spend eternity in heaven or hell. Eternal separation from God happens in hell. Eternal union with God occurs in heaven. John 3:16, I John 2:25, 5:11-13.
Salvation is God's gift to you if you'll accept it. We can never make up for our sin with self-improvement or good works. It is only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness that you can be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment you receive Jesus Christ into your life by faith. Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9
Baptism with Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ Indwelling with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, is given to believers who ask for it. Believers have invited the Lord Jesus Christ to come and live inside them by His Holy Spirit. Therefore relinquish the authority of their lives over to him thus making Jesus the Lord of their life as well as Savior. Acts 2:2-4, John 1:12; John 14:17, 23; Romans 8:11; Revelation 3:20.
Healing Because of the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross, humanity can experience the healing power of God. Isaiah 53:5; I Peter 2:24-25
Communion Besides being born again in Christ, a healthy body and mind are the greatest blessings anyone can have. Holy Communion is God’s ordained of healing and wholeness. On the night that He was betrayed, Jesus instituted the Holy Communion. It consist of two elements: bread which represents his body and grape juice which represents his blood. Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:24-25,
Water Baptism is an important part of our walk with Christ. Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change that happens when we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior and Jesus cleansed us from all our sins. It also symbolizes how we have a new life in Christ Jesus.
Marriage We believe what the bible says about marriage, that it is a covenant, and sacred bond between one man and one woman, instituted by and publicly entered into before God Matthew 19:4-6.
